12/09 Puppies confirmed by ultrasound  and are due around the beginning of Feb.

A huge congratulations to Vineta Hesson and Ember Glo's Just Me at Bouvieracres for her BOS at Eukanuba. She
is a
Lane granddaughter from Sam,  bred by Anna Lampley and Diana Rooth.

We wish
Lane's siblings, Justice, Madison, Shadow and Buffy, a wonderful 11th birthday! I hope you all have
many more! What a wonderful group of dogs.

11/09 Sitting here being thankful to have had the best dog, Lane,  in my life for 10 plus years. Thankful to also
have her very funny daughter and hopes of many more great memories to come. Fingers crossed please!

10/09  Rest in peace sweet Laners. We can not believe the void in our life without that incredibly wonderful
dog. She was one of a kind, bold, sweet, pushy, charming, independent, demanding and intuitive. We cherish
every moment we had with her. We are glad she will have all the food she ever wanted and can go mark
everywhere, claiming it as her own, she deserves it.

After much heartburn and annoyance to many people (you know how you are:}, I have changed my mind on
who Hailey is being bred to. We are pretty excited to be
breeding to Can Ch/BISS/BPIS, U-Gr Ch/BISS
Nicha Dylan at Chantryile
. Please see the Winter Glen A litter  page for more info.

There have been so many losses lately, RIP Colie,  Miranda  and  Rupert.  You will all be missed.

Well, it is officially on the AKC website, Hailey made the top 25 of the breed for an invitation to Eukanuba this
year and for next year. Absolutely amazing from 8 shows and she was stark naked for them. Thanks to Sherry
Sims (and Jamie) for piloting  her for me again this year.

9/09 Hailey and I had a couple of nice runs over the weekend. She finished her OA title and picked up
another open jumpers leg.
Team Topaz picked up another novice standard leg, good teetering Topaz!
They also picked up a weavers leg and a tunnelers leg this past weekend!  Good Topaz!!
Ah, now we get to rest for a few months till the next trial!

8/09 Team Dusty had a fabulous weekend and added a TD to their name, completing their VCD1.
Congratulations you two, it was a pleasure watching you two track this spring! Good boy Dusty!
Team Sam
completed their TDX which is simply fabulous! Good girly girl Sam!!

Team Topaz strikes again - they completed  her ASCA Novice Gamblers (GS-N), NADAC Open Jumpers (OJC)
and Outstanding Open Tunnelers (O-TN-O). Yikes, they are on a roll! Good job!!!

Hailey  was awarded a Group 4 under Christina Hubble at the Cook Inlet Kennel Club Shows which is pretty
shocking since she is looking kind of like a Chinese Crested Malinois cross at the moment!
We will not complain :}.

Hailey and I managed to pick up an Open Standard  leg with perfect weaves. She is getting way faster and I am
not giving her info fast enough. She does love that game though!

7/09 Happy birthday H litter! I hope each and everyone of you many more wonderful, spoiled
years!
Here is to hoping that this fall or early next year we will have more birthdays to celebrate!

Hailey and I finally figured a few things out and got an Open JWW Q. Got all tires this weekend and found her
weaves, weave entrances are still nonexistent! Big improvement for us this weekend! We did run a couple of
Excellent FAST courses too although we do not have the skills for it yet, we had a really good time and got
2/3rd of the sends.

Team Topaz   finished her ASCA CD  with a 4th place after a run-off.   She also got her first CDX  leg this
afternoon with a  2nd place.  Way to go you two - I can not keep up :}!

Team Topaz had another nice weekend. Topaz picked up a novice standard leg, two open jumpers legs and
two open FAST legs! She also took breed three days in a row and looked wonderful in the group ring!

Hailey monster is living up to her name. She did finish her open FAST title but had a little too much fun in our
other runs or was running beautifully, only to be thrown off course by her inept handler, moi, poor dog but she
did have fun!

6/09 Hailey was awarded a Group 3 under Donovan Thompson, a Group 4 under Patricia Mowbray-Morgan
and a Group 1 under Arley Hussin at the Alaska Kennel Club shows this past weekend. Pretty shocking since
she is nekked!

Team
Topaz  keep on truckin', at the NADAC  trial this past weekend they picked up a novice weavers leg, an
open regular leg, two open tunnelers, a novice touch and go. They also picked up some ASCA agility legs on Fri
and will have to update when I get the info from her.

Hailey and I tried NADAC again and finished our novice tunnelers and novice jumpers. I remained standing
for all performances which was the biggest goal however Hailey could not buy weave, she has never seen them
before:}. We did have fun though and met some very nice people and the judge was incredible.

5/09  Team Topaz are at it again - drum roll please - Topaz finished her AKC CDX  with her 3rd 1st place
finish! Congratulations you two, you are doing awesome! The following weekend they finished their NADAC
Superior Novice Jumpers (S-NJC) and Open Tunnelers (TN-O) and picked up a Novice Chances leg.

Hailey and I ventured into the NADAC agility ring for the first time. I was very pleased with my monster since
we had a 9 month lay off last year due to my broken elbow. For our first time running outside in 2 years, we
earned a Novice jumpers leg with a 1st place, novice chances and a novice Regular leg. Nice dog, shame about
the handler! I need some serious work! Kathy showed Hailey in tunnelers the first day for me, I had to go to
work, and pick up a novice tunnelers with a 1st place also - merci!

4/09 Team Topaz  qualified in NADAC Open Tunnelers with a 2nd place and twice in Novice Jumpers with
3rd places.  She is one Q away from her S-NJC and a move-up to Open Jumpers. However, it sounds like she is
living up to her nickname - Spaz :}. Good girl Spaz.

I am pleased that
Hailey  passed her tracking certification this past week, now hopefully we can pass the real
thing! Fingers crossed!

3/09 Disappointing news - Hailey has decided to change plans again for everyone. There is no litter this year.
We will be  breeding with Hailey's next cycle.  At least I have a healthy, happy girl which I am very pleased
with! We will try to get some obedience, agility, conformation and possibly tracking in this year. Sheep would
be fabulous too but will have to see if there is time or sheep available for that.

Team
Topaz picked up two ASCA CD legs and a wild card leg. They are going to have a very busy summer!
Keep tabs on those two!

2/09  Team Topaz is getting busy again! This weekend they started and completed their very first open
anything - a U-CDX with all  first place!    Click, treat! You go girls!!

Hailey and I went to Michigan to meet Poncho. We both really liked him. Here hoping for  puppies around tax
day - way  earlier than I had anticipated!!

1/09 Happy New Year! Please let me know if you like our redesigned website or if something needs a
correction/addition - Thanks!

Hailey  will not be shown much again this year due to our plans to breed her this summer. She did finish out
'08 being  the #2 Herding Group dog in Alaska based on all breed points, missing  1st place by 3 points. She was
awarded 3 Group 1's, 2 Group 2's and  2 Group 3's this past year .  Hailey did  finish #6 bitch as reported by
ABTC, # 9 all breed Terv by Dog News and #11 by Canine Chronicle for the  year out of 14 shows in Alaska.
Thank you Sherry Sims, Jamie Sims and Kathy Howse for showing Hailey for me last year, I so appreciate it!!
